access to both quick and advanced searches, potential buyers
can find listings fast and contact
you with a ready made list of properties they're
interested in.
Showcase or "Feature" only those listings you select using
our new obxmls
select tool. You can even add descriptions to properties
listed by you - very useful when photos and MLS information
alone don't convey all you want the buyer to know.
With both tools, potential buyers can sort listings by various
criteria. Favorite listings can be saved, reviewed,
and then emailed directly to you so you have all the information
you need to follow up and make the sale.
obxmls
complete and obxmls select will
jump start your sales with no additional time or effort spent
on your part. All you need to do is sign
up and then link to your account addresses.
If you have an existing web site, you can link to your obxmls
complete and obxmls select accounts
directly, open them up in new windows, or frame them.
Ask your web developer which option would work best for
